I of course understand the importance of safety but this was really overbearing to a point of being uncomfortable. There was SO much security everywhere at one point I couldn’t even get in to the outside bathroom because of a K-9 dog search. As for the concert and casino experience, i have never felt so uncomfortable at a place in my entire life and I am request flyer at the borgata in AC which is the same ownership. The people 8 doors down we’re talking so loud we were woken up and could clearly hear every single word they were saying -HORRIBLE. The room ( when we finally got in it) was actually really nice with a nice view but you can hear everything anyone is saying LOUD and clear. Ok fine but this was not going to ruin my time! We went to the pool which was nice and quiet but there is LITERALLY NOTHING up there but the pool- you can’t even get a cup of water without walking all the way downstairs. I told them I had called previously in the week as well and they lady was rude and inconsiderate and said it did not matter. When we arrived at around noon on the day we were checked in, the front desk staff told us they were not honoring early check in that day and we would have to wait until 3 pm.

My favorite band was playing and even though the room was pricey I decided it would be worth it. I was really really excited about coming here.
